ALB Roofing Developments Ltd

"We hired ALB Roofing Developments to fix some issues with the roof on our new build. Our house is only 8 years old but unfortunately the builders had installed the roof incorrectly and we were experiencing leaks into our master bedroom. The team came to diagnose the fault and gave a detailed but competitive quote. They were able to complete the work quickly and very thoroughly and even supplied photographs of the completed work. They were also a pleasure to deal with and answered all our questions and requests promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending their excellent service."

"Following a leak after a full reroof at the hands of a bad roofer 2 years ago, I asked Aaron for a quote for remedial work. Aaron took the time to listen to my concerns, especially given my previous experience and provided plenty of reassurance along with a professional, prompt quote. Given that I was worried about further leaks due to the bad weather, Aaron and his team were swift to get the work done. The work was carried out by a super team of professional roofers. I can’t praise Aaron and his team enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them. They are members of the NFRC which is a register that I would urge people to use to find a reputable roofer."

"Date of work done - August 6th 2025 . What a great amazing roofing company find. Got quotes from different companies to have dry ridge and verge system work done to my property. Finally after speaking to Aaron and agreeing a great price, Darren and his teammates arrived, bang on the time agreed, and set to work. Work done to an amazing standard and also cleaned up after themselves. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result and would have no hesitation to ask for their services again. To anyone who are looking for work to be done on their property I CAN'T RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ENOUGH!. Also I have to mention Megan, who kept me upto date with everything even after the job was completed. I can't say thankyou enough for what they have done for us but once again, THANK YOU all and to anyone looking for someone for work to be on their property, then get in touch with these guys."

"ALB roofing Developments Ltd. are members of the NFRC and I read some excellent reviews prior to making my decision to use their services. Response times to emails; as well as the time it took to quote were quick (thanks to Megan for this). The work was carried out by a team of 4 who worked extremely hard in awful weather conditions. They were courteous, cleaned up each day, and the work took 4 days to complete. The MD (who advised me that he has roof OCD) inspected everything at the end of the job, and I now have a brand new roof with a 10 year guarantee. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much to all involved."

"One of the most professional contract teams I have had the pleasure of using. We hired Aaron and his team, at very short notice, to replace a 70 year old former council house roof. Work was completed to an outstanding standard within 8 working days of first speaking to Aaron. All team members were polite, professional and time keeping was prompt. Aaron was on hand at every step of the Project to offer updates and honest advise on improvements. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron and his team for any job, if you are lucky enough to hire them. Fantastic, high quality service."
