"Stuart Scoffin undertook our building survey for our new home, he had done our current home for our Buyer and done such a fantastic and detailed job I didn’t think twice to ask for his details and once we found our next house I didn’t hesitate to call the office and instruct Stuart. A detailed job was undertaken and was more than happy to answer all my questions post survey. Highly recommend Stuart and the team!"

"Excellent customer service from all colleagues at Allcott Associates, very quick and efficient. Paul Cunniff carried out our Building Survey and provided a detailed and thorough report with supporting photos and recommendations. It was extremely helpful as it was a renovation and we had some prior worries. Thoroughly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy service. A big thank you to all involved."

"Allcott Associates undertook a buyer survey for me. Was very happy with the service provided - prompt communication from the start, and the report provided was clear and thorough. Would certainly recommend their services."

"We instructed Allcott to conduct a survey on a house we had made an offer on. The property was around 58 years old and needed quite a bit of updating. What we didn’t know was that under the surface there were a considerable number of issues. Chris the surveyor undertook the most thorough survey we have ever experienced and prepared an exemplary and comprehensive report which clearly, objectively and concisely set out the outcomes of the survey. We withdrew from the purchase as a result which saved us from the considerable cost and inconvenience which we would have incurred had we proceeded with the purchase. The customer service is also second to none with this firm and we can thoroughly recommend them. We will certainly use them again when we find another suitable property to purchase."

"Really happy with the report & service received. This was my first time commissioning a surveyors report but I shared it with family members who said it was incredibly thorough. The staff were also very helpful when we had some questions for the surveyor to directly address in his report, the message was swiftly passed on & attention was given to our queries. I would recommend Allcott Associates."
