"We wanted to undertake a kitchen/diner knock through with the creation of a downstairs utility/WC in our house. We had an idea of what we wanted but were struggling to get the project up and running ourselves. We therefore, had a look on the internet and found Mark who has been excellent every step of the way. He came around and undertook detailed measurements and created accurate existing and desired project floor plans. His knowledge of buildings made the process very smooth and he was great at implementing our ideas whilst imparting his wisdom to make necessary tweaks. Following on from this he co-ordinated for us to obtain the required structural calculations/designs from structural engineer. In addition, he has been very helpful in guiding us through the bureaucracy/processes involved of party wall acts, building control applications etc. Without Mark our project idea would very much still be just an idea. However, with his help/expertise the building work is on the verge of commencing. I would highly recommend Mark to anybody that needs help with home renovation drawings/designs and the subsequent processes that need to be navigated."
