"Recently had a roof overhaul done by john and the team, would definitely reccomend I've had on going leaks for a long time and Had other companies try to rectify the problems but with no luck, this team come and sorted all problems and it's still holding up in the rain , very professional and well mannered team !"

"Awful crooks. Next door used them and their roof caved in. We used them and they basically used waterproof paint to not fix a leak and charged us £600 for the privilege. Tried to sue them but they are just a PO box. Called trading standards and unfortunately there wasn't a lot I could do. Another friend used them and were threatened because they bad mouthed them to a neighbour. Do not use under any circumstance"

"Rude, incompetent bullies. This company charged me £270 for a few hours work to fix and guarantee two leaks in my property. Following an initial problem with one leak, it took them 6 weeks to come out after endless phone calls. Then the other leak kicks off at which point I call and explain and I'm called a liar and that I'm talking "mumbo-jumbo". They still come round but only to say that it's not their problem and I find this out from my partner who is in tears to me over the phone because of how confrontational and aggressive they were being. These people are rude, unprofessional, incompetent bullies who will not lift a finger for you unless you are paying them disproportionate amounts of money for jobs they are not skilled enough to fix (let alone guarantee)."
