Me and my partner were under offer on a property (a potential first house) but high damp readings were identified in the HomeBuyers survey, so we found Damp Pro and commissioned a damp survey prior to contract. We really loved this house but Daniel had identified a number of issues that would’ve required significant long-term investment from us well into the tens of thousands of pounds. The reports are incredibly comprehensive and contain a lot of detail, but they’re written in plain English so non-experts (like me!) can make sense of them. Daniel was keen to make himself available for a phone call whenever we needed his advice or clarity on points within the survey. He talked us through the issues with a lot of care and clarity, knowing how much we loved and wanted the house, but not shying away from offering clear, honest advice about the level of risk and investment.
