DSquare Architects

"David did a brilliant job designing our recent ground floor extension in Didsbury and navigating the planning permission process. Making recommendations when needed (such as the fab diagonal external cladding and kitchen layout change) but sticking to our vision. Calm and clear communication. Highly recommend!"

"Working with David was the best decision we ever made. Having gone through this process twice before with home extensions, this was our third. He is personal and professional and does a great job all around. He looked after our planning application and guided us through the process of building control. I project managed the build, and David was on hand for any queries I had from builders and contractors. The structural engineering, glazing and roof glazing companies he recommended were all great, and it saved us some money compared to who we had planned on using. I highly recommend getting a 3D visual; it was our guiding light throughout the whole process."

"It was a pleasure to work with David from the beginning to the end. No problem with communication. He applied for planning permission and changes in it on our behalf, it saved us all the hassle and the stress. His design is really good and different. We are receiving a lot of compliments. It was easy for the builders to follow his technical drawings. 108 Builders from Manchester were able to build the extension to David's specification without any problems, and there was no problems with the building inspector. The architect an builders did a very good job."

"We were recommended David for designing our loft conversion and are extremely pleased with his work. He was professional and made the process quite smooth for us! Our loft bedroom, bathroom, and double garage are beautiful and exactly what we had in mind."

"We can't thank DSquare Architects enough for the work they did for us for a full house renovation and extension, or recommend them more highly. Dave was a pleasure to work with throughout, from initially discussions about our wants, needs and budgets through to providing advice and support during the build phase (which was especially appreciated given we were first time renovators). DSqaure Architects are a great, professional outfit and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again."
