"Absolute waste of time. I bitterly regret instructing Fourth Wall to do my survey. My report showed just one significant issue that I was already aware of so I went ahead with the purchase only to discover 6 weeks after completion that the roof needed to be replaced. I had paid extra to have the roof assessed as this was my biggest area of concern. I contacted Fourth Wall to complain and was very quickly sent a lengthy email explaining that this wasn’t their fault. I really don’t understand how it can be ok to miss something so significant. No doubt I will get a response to this review again saying it wasn’t their fault, they didn’t break any guidelines etc etc but my warning to anyone considering this company is to make sure you make clear that you want them to actually look at all areas of the property and not just give assumptions. If they can’t promise to do that then don’t use them."
