From the very beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, guiding me through every stage of my planning application. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, prepared a high quality submission, and kept me updated throughout the process. Thanks to their expertise and attention to detail, my planning application was approved in under four weeks, which exceeded my expectations. They made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and hassle-free. If you're looking for a planning consultancy that is efficient, reliable, and delivers results, I would highly recommend Mason & Marlowe. Thank you to the team for your outstanding service!"

"I would highly recommend this service. I had issues with the planning of my new front porch as my unpleasant neighbour was against it and the council was pressuring me to demolish the front porch. Dr Kenefy made me aware of my legal rights and through his help, the building plan of my front porch has finally been approved by the council. I am extremely grateful and pleased with the service I received."

"This company is highly recommended. The council gave me such a hard time and made me jump through hoops, however Kanadi took control of the situation and had my application accepted and approval granted. He is very helpful and responsive. Fantastic, I’m very happy!"

"Great service from Kanadi at Mason & Marlowe. We had no idea really where to start with the whole planning process. On the initial phone call, Kanadi explained everything, what to expect, what was required, and what could be possible. The site visit revealed we were unable to do specifically what we wanted, but Kanadi offered solutions and alternatives. Our plans were straight forward and clear. He adjusted to allow for Flood Risk measures during the planning process and answered a lot of my questions throughout. Very happy with the service provided."

"I needed to get some plans approved as quickly as possible. I found Mason and Marlowe to be very responsive, professional and completely trustworthy. Kanadi was clear about what the process was and how long it was likely to take. Very happy with the service and have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.."
