"Luxome has been working with Sayda for many years. It’s always pleasure and a great experience shopping at Sayda Trade Supplies! As a local family-run business, they offer an amazing variety of products—from bathroom and kitchen tiles to timber, plumbing, and general building materials. Every staff member is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting you exactly what you need for the job. Highly recommend for both trade professionals and DIYers in Greater Manchester"

"Best family run business around. They gave me amazing service. I needed a bolt to be cut to fix my shower curtain and they did it with no hassle and charge. Really pleased with these guys. Highly recommend them for their warm welcomes to their great shop with large variety! A*"

"We’ve been in the construction game for over a decade and don’t be fooled by the size of this place in comparison to some of the bigger builders merchants. These guys are reliable, professional and quality with their products and service. No hassle No issues and fair priced a breath of fresh air every time I come in or order supplies with them"

"Excellent service every time I come here. I went in today struggling to find the right part for a broken toilet flush, and one of the workers immediately knew what I needed and helped me find the correct part straight away. I’ve been here many times before and they always seem to have exactly what I need in stock. The staff are always willing to help, and their knowledge and experience are second to none. Really appreciate the customer service, highly recommended."

"I recently visited this hardware shop and was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention they give their customers; from the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, approachable, and truly willing to help. Rather than simply pointing me in the right direction, they took the time to understand my project, offered helpful advice, and even suggested better alternatives that saved me both time and money. I never felt rushed or like just another customer, and it was clear they take real pride in their service and value building relationships. It’s refreshing to find a shop that goes above and beyond in this way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for both quality products and exceptional customer support."
